Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take before I receive my order?

We usually take about 10-15 business days to have an order ready to ship. Of course, this delay can change depending on the period of the year. Some periods are more busy than others, so please take this into consideration. Once the order is ready to ship, we will use the shipping method and speed that you've selected during the checkout process. A tracking number will be provided by email as well.

 

Do I get to see a sample before the production starts?

Yes, we will never start a production without your approval. Once the order is paid, one of our graphic designer will create a tech pack which will show you exactly how your job will be done. All the measurements, colours and placements will be in there. It will be the client's responsibility to approve this tech pack for production. Any changes should be done in this step, once the tech pack is approved, we will start making the setups for the artworks. There is no way back after this, and Teezer will not be held responsible for any mistake or change as long as the production matches the approved tech pack. We will send you a picture of the first product to come out of the production line as a reference also.

 

Is there a return or refund policy?

All sales are final, there is no refund or return policy. Once the goods are decorated, whether printed or embroidered, we will not take any orders back. Please make sure that the tech pack approval process is well done to avoid any problems. The only scenario where we will accept a partial or full refund or exchange, is in the situation where there are defective items. Defects can include problems with the blanks (holes or stitching) or problems with the printing (cracking prints or unstitching embroidery). These problems rarely happen, but in the case that it does, we will work with you to make sure everything is taken care of.
