Refund policy

All printed or embroidered goods can not be refunded or replaced. We will send you a techpack for final approval before starting the production. Once this techpack has been approved by the client, the order is a final sale and Teezer declines any responsibility towards the order. We guarantee the quality of our prints and products, in case where the re is a manufacturing defect, you can ship back the defective pieces and we will replace them at no cost.
